All of Sweetie Sign Company signs are made from a high quality pine. Each wood sign will vary slightly from the pictures above. Our signs are made from real wood, which means you may see wood knots, crevices and other imperfections. This is what adds character to every piece and makes every sign unique! Also please note that although the same stain/paint is used on the sign, different woods are going to soak/stain differently so colors may be slightly different than the original.
PLEASE NOTE: Our signs are recommended for indoor use, or displayed on a covered front door or porch. Direct sunlight may cause your sign to "age" more quickly.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
